There are FREE downloads for you to listen to that I have spoken with added ambience to create a calm relaxation. Feel free to share amongst others.  I am only taking your information so I can gauge how many download these to know if it is worth creating further scripts, which you are welcome to message me with suggestions. If I have any new information that I feel will benefit you and your healing, I will share, but I promise this is not some big selling scam with constant emails to your inbox!

WHEN LISTENING

DO ONLY listen when seated or lying down in a safe and comfortable place
DO NOT listen to when driving
DO NOT listen to when operating tools/machinery/cooking etc
If you wish to stay asleep you can tell your subconscious mind to ignore the wake up suggestion.

ITCHING COPING METHODS

Starting with a muscle release and trip through a garden, this one offers a suggestion to give techniques to cope with time when the itching gets too much.  Using the power of your mind you will learn the power of visualisation to imagine your ‘itch’ as something else and ways to decrease the sensation.

TSW WARRIOR

Starting with a muscle release and trip through a garden, this one offers a suggestion especially for those with TSW, you are after all a warrior and this one teaches so much.  Packing all your problems in a hot air balloon and sending it off with them in it. At the end of the script there are techniques to set your self a trigger/anchor to allow yourself to head back the the relaxing place when you wish.  Now this doesn’t happen quickly, you will need to listen many times and practice going into see-hypnosis, but it does work.  Imagine with time, you can control your comfort levels, there is no feeling whilst in hypnosis, so my theory is that you won’t feel the itching/discomfort that way.  In addition, when you can’t sleep this may send you off to the land of nod too. So take the time to listen and learn some techniques whilst you heal.

ORANGE LIQUID

A fairly short relaxation using the mind to imagine your body is glass and you will be visualising filling it with orange liquid.  Gives the opportunity to release negative issues etc into the liquid which dissolve and are omitted when the valves are opened to release.

ANXIETY RELEASE

Starting with a muscle release and trip through a garden, this one offers a suggestion of releasing the adrenalin created through stressful situations.  This has always been a favourite of my clients, feeling like a weight is lifted off their shoulders.
