Amending or Cancelling Your Appointment
Sometimes life gets in the way of keeping you maintained, so If you need to cancel or amend your appointment for any reason we respectfully request 24 hours notice please to enable us to offer the timeslot to another valued client.
Cancellation Fees
More than 24 hours before your appointment, no charge just a thank you for your efficiency.
Less than 24 hours before, 50% of the treatment cost will be required before your next appointment. However, if you have booked online or have a gift voucher, this can be deducted automatically.
If you miss your appointment 100% of the treatment cost will be required before your next appointment. However, if you have booked online or have a gift voucher, this can be deducted automatically.
We aim to call clients before taking the cancellation payments on the following day if no contact is made by the client. Thank you for your understanding.
