RH KARISMA

Meet the collagen product that will change your skin.

Karisma is the answer for medium term correction of facial skin defects due to skin ageing and/or loss of volume. Furthermore, those who wish to reduce skin imperfections on the face or lips, redefine contours or replenish loss of fatty tissues. It can even be used to ‘fill’ post traumatic and/or small surgical/acne scarring. Even better we can see the effects immediately after the treatment. Pretty clever!

The effects of a Karisma treatment

• Rejuvenation of the skin of the face, mouth, neck, cleavage and hands
• Improvement of the face contour, gentle lifting effect
• Reduction of wrinkles
• Reduction of scars and stretch marks
• Improving the quality and density of the skin

2 Treatments are required 30 days apart and top ups every 3-4 months to maintain results.

What is it?

KARISMA is:

• Composed totally of natural ingredients without the use of chemical crosslinking agents.
• Totally biocompatible, it promotes the natural regenerative capacity of the skin.
• Non-allergenic, respectful of the natural origin of the substances.

How does it work?

We place numerous single threads of silk where it’s required and the body’s natural response it to complete it’s triple helix so attaches two more to the one we put in and therefore creating volume, in a nutshell.

Karisma Rh Collagen
Combining collagen of the R-polypeptide chain α1

Increases the production of type I procollagen C-Peptide in fibroblasts. This type of peptides facilitate the wrapping of pro-collagen molecules in a triple helix conformation within the endoplasmic reticulum.

CMC – Carboxymethylcellulose

It has an anti-aging effect in the dermis: it inhibits the action of the hyaluronidase enzyme and preserves the endogenous hyaluronic acid, which, while remaining in the tissues, continues to perform its hydration and tissue repair activity in depth.

HA – High molecular weight hyaluronic acid

It participates in the creation of a favorable environment for the proliferation and metabolism of fibroblasts

Why do we need Collagen?

Collagen plays a central role in the well-being of the skin and of all human organs, it’s in all processes of tissue and major organ repair.

Collagen is the main connective tissue protein. It is the most abundant protein in mammals (about 25% of the total protein mass), accounting for approx. 6% of body weight in humans.

The natural and environmental aging process, which starts rapidly from around the age of 40, leads to a reduction and increased stiffness variations in our collagen content. Therefore, it is imperative to keep stimulating the cells to produce collagen and maintain hydration.
