We are now fully compliant with the New General Data Protection Rules which are enforced from May 25th 2018.

How do we use your personal contact details?

We would like to confirm why we ask for contact details.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

We may offer a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment in the future.
We would contact you in emergency if we had to amend your appointment time i.e. If your therapist was ill.
If we need to return a phone call to you, should the answerphone message not be clear.

Your Email Address

We could if wished email you a receipt for your treatment.
We would inform you of upcoming events and offers i.e. birthday treats
We would welcome you to review your service, so we can maintain our highest standards.

Your Medical History/Medications

Some treatments will have contra-indications to some medical conditions or medications. This gives us more of an understanding if a treatment will be suitable for you.

Your Online Voucher Purchases

We maintain a record of your online purchases to reconcile with vouchers presented to the salon and allow re-issue of vouchers if required. We do not capture or record any payment details.

Your right to information held on you

Please let us know if you would like to opt-out from any of these services and we will advise accordingly.

We will hold your information for as long as is legally required, unless you request in writing for them to be destroyed before this time.

All the old paper consultation forms are now stored off the premises in a secure locked cabinet in a storage area.

We will provide a document with all information we hold on you at your written request within 30 days of request.
